General Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter – Terms) define the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions of purchasing and payment, delivery and returns, as well as other terms related to shopping in the PARTYON.SHOP online store.

By placing an order and confirming acceptance of these Terms, the Buyer acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to them. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between the Buyer and the Seller.

The Seller reserves the right to amend or update the Terms at any time. The version of the Terms in force at the time of placing the order shall apply.

The right to purchase from PARTYON.SHOP is granted to:

  • legally capable natural persons,

  • minors aged 14–18 with parental or guardian consent (except where they independently manage their own income),

  • legal entities.

Conclusion of the Sales Contract

A sales contract between the Buyer and the Seller is deemed concluded when the Buyer creates a shopping cart, provides delivery details, selects a payment method, and clicks the “Pay” button.

By placing an order, the Buyer confirms eligibility to purchase and the accuracy of the provided information.

No separate confirmation of contract acceptance is required from the Seller. The order is considered confirmed when the Seller begins processing it.

All concluded sales contracts are registered and stored in the PARTYON.SHOP online store database.

Product Prices and Payment

All prices displayed in the online store and order summary are stated in euros including VAT.
The Seller reserves the right to change prices if manufacturers or suppliers adjust their pricing.

Payments are processed via OPAY, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

The Buyer undertakes to complete payment immediately. If payment is not received within 2 business days of order placement, the order is automatically cancelled.

Product Quality and Warranty

Product characteristics and specifications are provided in the product descriptions within the online store. Printed descriptions are not included in shipments.

The Seller is not responsible for minor discrepancies in color, shape, or appearance due to the Buyer’s display settings or device characteristics.

If no separate manufacturer’s warranty is provided, the product is covered by the warranty required under applicable law.
