Shipping policy

All PARTYON e-shop products are in our warehouse, so orders are shipped the same or next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination and local delivery services.

In exceptional cases, delivery may take longer due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control (such as force majeure or logistics disruptions). In such cases, the Buyer will be informed individually.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees depend on the selected delivery method and destination.
The final shipping cost is always displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.

Order Details and Delivery

When placing an order, the Buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
If the order is delivered to the address provided by the Buyer, it is considered properly delivered.

The Buyer is responsible for receiving the shipment. If the Buyer is unavailable to receive the order at the provided address, the Seller is not responsible for delivery issues arising from this.

Shipment Condition

Upon receiving the shipment, the Buyer must inspect the package condition.
If visible damage is detected, the Buyer must notify the delivery service provider or contact the Seller without delay.

Liability

The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect information provided by the Buyer or other circumstances attributable to the Buyer.

If an order cannot be delivered in a single shipment, the Seller reserves the right to ship the order in multiple shipments without additional cost to the Buyer.

Returns

If the Buyer withdraws from the purchase agreement in accordance with applicable law, the Buyer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to the Seller. These costs may be deducted from the refundable amount.
