Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges

The Buyer has the right to return or exchange goods within 14 business days from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable laws.

The Buyer must inform the Seller in advance of the intention to return or exchange the goods and agree on the return method.

Conditions for Returns

Returned goods must:

  • be in their original, undamaged packaging,

  • be unused, undamaged, and in resale condition,

  • be returned with all original components,

  • be accompanied by a proof of purchase.

These conditions do not apply in cases where the goods are defective or incorrectly delivered.

Return Costs

  • If goods are returned by the Buyer’s decision, the return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer.

  • If the goods are defective or incorrectly delivered, the return and replacement costs are covered by the Seller.

If the Seller is unable to replace the goods with an equivalent product, the amount paid for the goods will be refunded to the Buyer.

Seller’s Rights

The Seller reserves the right to refuse returned goods if the return conditions outlined above are not met.

Liability

The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order. The Seller is not liable for any consequences arising from incorrect information provided by the Buyer.

The Buyer is responsible for all actions performed while using the online store.

The Seller is not liable for losses arising from the Buyer’s failure to review the store policies, even though such information was made available.

The online store may contain links to third-party websites. The Seller is not responsible for the content, activities, or information provided on such websites.

In the event of damage, the responsible party shall compensate the other party for direct losses in accordance with applicable law.
